Snapshot: Leylandii Reduction in Boughton-under-Blean

We headed out to Boughton-under-Blean, a small and picturesque village in the hills above Faversham which boasts two beautiful old pubs, historic buildings, rolling countryside, and virtually no parking for a big 4x4! The job was to reduce and tidy up a 13 foot leylandii hedge, bringing it down to a more manageable 10 feet. This was an all day job for two of us, it was cold and damp but not terrible weather. We carried out the work from a ladder in this case using the silky, hedge cutters and a small top handled Husqvarna chainsaw for the larger stems. Due to the parking situation we couldn't tow anything so instead bagged up the waste and took it back to the yard on the back of the pickup truck in 3 trips. It looks much the better for it. Another happy customer.
