When a property is vacant, in the overwhelming majority of cases the aim is to sell the property quickly and for as much as possible. First impressions count for a lot then, and so it is sensible to ensure that trees are made safe, hedges cut, overgrown areas cut back and waste removed. We usually work under contract to estate agents, but occasionally property owners call us in to work on vacant properties as well.
